The Menu consists of three items, served as Dinner for the Class. The meal
includes Ice-tea or Soda.
The Class is a hands-on learning opportunity for
people who want cook delicious and nutritious Indian home-style food.
The
recipes are specially designed so that the preparations are easy and to do
not need special cooking skills.
It is a fun learning experience.
The cost for
the Class is Forty Dollars per person & includes printed recipes and the
meal, which is eaten after the class.
These classes have also been
featured in the local papers like The Community Times and The
Jeffersonian.
